Graphic organizers galore

Would a graphic organizer help your students make sense of a complex issue, scope a problem, or make comparisons between two topics? If so, you can find all of these tools on Explore a Tree; this user-friendly site has tons of diagrams that will help teachers teach and learners learn. Check out the Compare/Contrast Guide when discussing the characters of a novel or the Digging Up Roots Guide when working with students to get to the bottom of a complex problem. One of my favorites is the Compass Rose Guide; this tool helps students think about a topic from different perspectives and angles.

These organizers are great supports for your visual learners and for those who struggle with comprehension.
