Scribble Maps is a great tool to incorporate into any K-12 classroom and it has as many uses as you have learners in your classroom. With Scribble Maps, you can zoom in and out of any location and mark on it- this lets you highlight routes, circle landmarks, and insert links to more information on places. Use scribble maps in a math lesson and have students find the distance from A to B, or have students use it as part of their presentation on countries. Be sure to visit Mr. Mile’s Classroom Blog to see how he uses Scribble Maps in a lesson on the 7 wonders of the world. He directs students to “travel” to the Seven wonders through the map, and create and “send” postcards from each place.
